Edwin Ong
Chief of Staff
Edwin Ong joined Sozo Ventures in January 2025 as an Associate and Chief of Staff to Phil Wickham. Edwin assists Phil in his various initiatives spanning investments, education, operations and more.
Before joining Sozo Ventures, Edwin worked at JAZZ Venture Partners as an investment intern. After that, he worked for a year and a half at Amazon as a financial analyst while also running a VC microfund to support Asian-American founders.
Edwin received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University.
